Tracking brand mentions on Linkedin

Here's a task I do twice a week or daily if we have a big launch or a lot of media attention.

It's analyzing brand mentions on Linkedin.



In the search bar select 'updates' from the dropdown and type in your brand name or keyword.

You get two sets of results.

  1. Updates - people who have shared your content as a status update on Linkedin
  2. Trending Links - the most popular content for your brand on Linkedin




It's quite helpfull to gauge what sort of content appeals to your Linkedin Audience and the frequency of brand mentions you receive each day

This is a manual report, so I track the stats in my google doc.
